His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, said in a video in a hashtag on Instagram, with the name, #Flashes of Thought: “Ambitious nations do not stop at what they have achieved, what we accomplished is not to be mentioned now."

"Past has passed, and history writes the present and the future. We have a clear strategy and strategies change. Our understanding of time of this journey, we find that we must be one of the best countries in the world, why not? We have the energies, the knowledge and the experience.”

Sheikh Mohammed launched the hashtag#Flashes of Thought on his Instagram account to share part of his life, practical experiences, and leadership vision with the public.
