UAE sees 1,527 new COVID-19 cases and 5 deaths

The UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has conducted 305,880 additional COVID-19 tests and detected 1,527 new coronavirus cases.

 

The new cases brings the total infections in the country to 676,251.

 

All the tests were done over the past 24 hours, using state-of-the-art medical testing equipment.

The infected individuals belong to different nationalities and receiving the necessary care.

 

Total number of deaths due to COVID-19 complications rose to 1,934 after Ministry reported 5 new deaths on Wednesday.

The Ministry also revealed that 1,495 individuals had fully recovered from virus,which brings the the total number of recoveries in the country to 653,675.

 

Expressed its sincere condolences to the family of the deceased the Ministry called on all members of the society to cooperate with health authorities, adhere to the instructions to ensure the health and safety of all.
