The water-sprinkler-lined pathway in the west zone 3 in Madinat Zayed is almost ready for opening.

The walkway equipped with cooled water sprinklers in the west zone 3 in Madinat Zayed is almost ready for opening, Al Dhafra Municipality announced on Thursday.  

The walkway is equipped with a system for squirting cooled water, which operate through timed motion sensors to ensure efficient functioning.

The Municipality is working on providing sports equipment along the walkway, in preparation for its opening to the public.

It is provided with 70 lighting units, 54 illuminated trees, and 1,400 water sprinklers.

The project aims to enhance the efficiency of asset management, infrastructure and public utilities, as well as maintaining their effectiveness to enhance the emirate's attractiveness, lifestyle and quality of life.
