9 students of Al Amal school awarded degrees

Nine high school students of Al Amal School for the Deaf have graduated this year and were awarded their degrees in a modest ceremony held at the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 

The ceremony was held as part of the Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services. 

The ceremony was attended by Sheikha Jamila Bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Director General of Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services, who called on high school graduates from Al Amal School for the Deaf to consider joining college seriously, because it is the basis for building their personality and future. 

Sheikha Jamila said, “What has been achieved, despite its importance, is only a step on the road to success. I invite you to deal with the next stage with wisdom and awareness,” wishing them success and good luck.

Sheikha Jamila congratulated the high school graduates at a special ceremony organised by Al Amal School for the Deaf in cooperation with the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 

The ceremony was attended by Abdullah Sultan Al Owais, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mona Abdul Karim Al Yafei, City Director, and Afaf Al Haridi, Director of Al Amal Kindergarten and School for the Deaf. 

The city took all precautionary, health and safety measures, as the programme of the ceremony was also broadcast via the Zoom application.
