The Sharjah Police General Directorate has collaborated with Tasjeel Auto Village to launch the new ‘Vehicle Registration Renewal Drive-Thru’ service along their many other provided services to increase customers satisfaction.

The service’s aim is also to decrease direct contact with customers and prevent the spreading of COVID-19 by taking all necessary precautionary measures.

Lieutenant Colonel Khaled Al Kai, Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, stated that customers will be able to renew their vehicle registration by providing the required documents to an office in Tasjeel Auto village, without the need to get out of the car or wait for a line of customers.

He pointed out that the service is launched in compliance with the health authorities, and its trial phase was carried out at the end of February, with 3000 conducted transactions until today.
