Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah His Highness Dr Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi directed the implementation of the Clock Tower project in Kalba, at a height of 45m.
His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, visited the city of Kalba on Thursday morning.
“There was no schedule for this particular festival but as soon we completed the restoration of the area, including 10 houses and three mosques along with the fort, we decided to have an event to celebrate the restoration of this historical area,” said Dr Abdulaziz Al Musallam
Standing 1,100 metres tall, Jabal Al Ruman will be covered with pomegranate trees that are evergreen, produce for around 50 years, stand 3 to 5 metres tall, can withstand low temperatures, and can be planted on various heights.
Rain lashed separate areas of the country on Tuesday, as a result of the country being affected by a weak superficial air depression from the east, accompanied by an extension of high air in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

In detail, Lieutenant Colonel Ghaith Khalifa Al Kaabi, head of the comprehensive city police station, explained that a Syrian national came to the station asking for help, as he was unable to bring his wife due to difficult financial conditions which exacerbated after the Corona pandemic.
