UAE reports 2,172 new COVID-19 cases, six deaths in 24 hours

Gulf Today Report 

The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) recorded 2,172 new coronavirus cases on Tuesday.

In addition to the new cases, 2,348 individuals have recovered and six people passed away.

Using state-of-the-art medical testing equipment, the ministry conducted 209,079 additional COVID-19 tests in the last 24 hours.

In a statement on Tuesday, the Ministry stressed its aim to continue expanding the scope of testing nationwide to facilitate the early detection of coronavirus cases and carry out the necessary treatment.

The UAE has recorded 444,398 coronavirus cases since the outbreak, 427,188 have recovered and 1,451 passed away.
