UAE announces 18 deaths, 3,025 new COVID-19 cases

The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) recorded 3, 025 new coronavirus cases on Thursday.

In addition to the new cases, 4,678 individuals have recovered and 18 people passed away.

Using state-of-the-art medical testing equipment, the ministry carried out 195,866 additional COVID-19 tests in the last 24 hours.

In a statement on Thursday, the Ministry stressed its aim to continue expanding the scope of testing nationwide to facilitate the early detection of coronavirus cases and carry out the necessary treatment.

The UAE has recorded 381,662 positive cases since its outbreak, 375,059 have recovered and 1,182 have passed away.
