The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) reported 3,977 new coronavirus cases on Wednesday.
Additionally, 4,075 recoveries and 12 deaths have been recorded in the last 24 hours.
Using state-of-the-art medical testing equipment, the ministry conducted 173, 952 additional COVID-19 tests.

In a statement on Wednesday, the Ministry stressed its aim to continue expanding the scope of testing nationwide to facilitate the early detection of coronavirus cases and carry out the necessary treatment.
The UAE has recorded 313, 626 positive cases since the outbreak. 289,276 have recovered and 878 people passed away.
Using state-of-the-art medical testing equipment, the ministry conducted 237,479 additional COVID-19 tests.
Also, 2,144 individuals recovered and seven people passed away, the Ministry added.
In addition to the new cases, 2,348 individuals have recovered and six people passed away.
During the meeting, they reviewed the ties between the two friendly countries across various domains and ways of enhancing them to achieve their common interests.
The impoverished Central Asian country with ties to Russia and China has seen three presidents resign over political crises fuelled by corruption, nepotism and disputed votes since gaining independence from the Soviet Union in 1991.
Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan also sent congratulatory messages to the King of Sweden and to the Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson.
