UAE announces 3,977 new COVID-19 cases

The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) reported 3,977 new coronavirus cases on Wednesday.

Additionally, 4,075 recoveries and 12 deaths have been recorded in the last 24 hours.

Using state-of-the-art medical testing equipment, the ministry conducted 173, 952 additional COVID-19 tests.

‌‏In a statement on Wednesday, the Ministry stressed its aim to continue expanding the scope of testing nationwide to facilitate the early detection of coronavirus cases and carry out the necessary treatment.

The UAE has recorded 313, 626 positive cases since the outbreak. 289,276 have recovered and 878 people passed away.
