UAE announces 1,501 new COVID-19 cases

The Ministry of Health and Prevention, MoHAP, reported 1,501 new coronavirus cases on Monday.

MoHAP also reported 1,746 recovery and 3 deaths in the last 24 hours.

Using state-of-the-art medical testing equipment the ministry has carried out 116,687 additional COVID-19 tests.

In a statement, the Ministry stressed its aim to continue expanding the scope of testing nationwide to facilitate the early detection of coronavirus cases and carry out the necessary treatment.

 Since the outbreak, the UAE has reported 214, 732 positive cases, 191, 455 have recovered and 682 passed away.
