UAE announces 1,077 new COVID-19 cases

The Ministry of Health and Prevention, MoHAP, reported 1,077 new COVID-19 cases on Monday.

The Ministry also recorded 845 recoveries and 2 deaths in the last 24 hours.

Using state-of-the-art medical testing equipment, the ministry announced carrying out 94,911 additional tests.

In a statement, the Ministry stressed its aim to continue expanding the scope of testing nationwide to facilitate the early detection of coronavirus cases and carry out the necessary treatment.

The UAE has recorded 194,652 positive cases, 169, 840 of the cases have recovered and 639 passed away.
