UAE announces 1,260 new COVID-19 case

The Ministry of Health and Prevention, MoHAP on Tuesday recorded 1,260 new coronavirus cases in the UAE.

In addition to that 584 individuals have recovered and 2 people passed away in the last 24 hours.

Using state-of-the-art testing equipment, the Ministry carried out 146, 020 additional COVID-19 tests.

Since, the outbreak of the virus, the UAE has recorded 178,837 positive cases, 160,295 recovery and 596 deaths.

MoHAP aims to expand the scope of testing nationwide to curtail the spread of the virus.
