The Dubai Public Prosecution referred a 41-year-old Arab man to criminal court, on drug charges for facilitating crystal meth to his girlfriend.

Official records indicate that police received a tip off about the defendant who was using and selling drugs, and accordingly an anti-narcotics team was assigned to arrest the defendant.

Police seized various types of drugs after intensive search of the defendant’s residence.

The defendant’s girlfriend was also found inside the apartment, but denied all relations to drug usage.

They both were taken to the police station and medical test proved that both of them were abusing drugs.

The defendant and his girlfriend are now facing drug charges and are now on trial for their actions.
