The first accident took place on Friday in a sandy area in Nahal area, Al Ain, causing the death of one Emirati man, and critical wounds to his companion. The other accident also happened in a sandy area in Saih Sabra, Al Ain, resulting in the death of another Emirati, and moderate injuries to his companion who is also Emirati.

The Abu Dhabi Police continue to urge motorcyclists to adhere to safe driving and public safety conditions, especially when driving off-road to avoid accidents and be safe.

The police emphasised their commitment to intensifying awareness-raising efforts on the ground through social media platforms and various media outlets regarding safety requirements with the onset of winter.
