UAE announces 1,500 recoveries, 1,312 new coronavirus cases; 3 deaths

The UAE Ministry of Health has announced that it conducted 130,573 additional coronavirus tests over the past 24 hours, among all nationalities in the country, using state-of-the-art medical testing equipment.

On Thursday the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) reported 1,312 new coronavirus cases, bringing the total number of recorded cases in the UAE to 130,336.

MoHAP also announced 3 deaths due to COVID-19 complications, bringing the total number of deaths in the country to 488.

According to the Ministry, the infected individuals are from various nationalities, in a stable condition, and are receiving the necessary care.

The ministry expressed its sincere condolences to the families of deceased and prayed for the speedy recovery of patients receiving treatment.

MoHAP also noted an additional 1,500 individuals had fully recovered from COVID-19, bringing the total number of recoveries to 126,147.
