A 42-year-old Asian plastic surgeon was arrested and referred to criminal court for molesting an American patient in his clinic.

The incident took place as soon as the patient finished her Botox procedure, when the surgeon took advantage of the victim’s tiredness and her fear of the operation, and began to molest her.

The defendant put his hands on the victim’s face and attempted to kiss her. The scared patient wanted to leave the clinic, but the defendant calmed her down and convinced her to stay.

He then suddenly hugged her then kissed her again against her will, but the victim furiously pushed him back and left the clinic to report the incident to police.
