Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan shared a video of an elderly woman praising him for his relentless efforts in dealing with the affairs of the country.

The video was shared with the caption, “Heartfelt prayers from a mother for PM Imran Khan…”

The unidentified woman was heard saying, I always pray for Imran Khan in all my prayers for his wellbeing. His enemies should become his friends…

And you guys are after him… Fear god and pray for him…”

The video was doing the rounds on social media.

Some Imran followers also joined the woman in praising the leader.

Saif Ur-Rehman said, “No doubt every heart prays of our beloved PM. Everyone who loves Pakistan feel that Imran Khan is our hope.”

Shahbaz Cheema said, “We as a nation should learn from this mother. She never said any bad words to the opponents but praying for their good.

I saw many comments and statements from all party members and workers, where they curse each other, abuse each other even to the families of their opponents. Why we can't?”

Some took their anger out on the video, claiming it is media propaganda.

But whatsoever, the cricketer-turned politician has done mainstream work for the people of Pakistan.

Recently, “The Muslim 500,” a Jordan based publication, named Imran Khan “Man of the Year,” while US Congresswoman Rashida Talib has been declared “Woman of the Year.”

The Muslim 500 is a book that ranks influential Muslim leaders and scholars from across the globe. This is the 11th edition of the book.

“If The Muslim 500 was in print back in 1992 and I was then Chief Editor I would have nominated Imran Khan as our Muslim Man of the Year because of his brilliant performance in cricket, which culminated in Pakistan winning the 1992 Cricket World Cup,” wrote the editor of the book.
