Sharjah Police make registration of vehicles for two years

The Sharjah Police’s Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department has now issued a two-year ownership for individuals driving light vehicles.

This decision comes in line with the Department’s plan to provide high-quality police services for community members, in manner that meets their demands.

Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, stressed on the keenness of Sharjah Police to adopt an ambitious plan of upgrading services, in order to save time and effort for individuals and achieve maximum satisfaction with the provided services.

In addition, Lt. Col. Khalid Al Kai, Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, said that drivers are required to present a valid insurance document for two years and pay the fees due for that, which is an optional service for all individuals.
