Abu Dhabi Police to start issuing movement permits during sterilisation

The Abu Dhabi Police will be issuing permits for anyone that needs to be out during sterilisation timings.

The sterilisation timinigs lasts from (10 PM to 6 AM). The movement permits can be processed on the website: www.adpolice.gov.ae .

The police emphasizes the use of the permits for the authorised period of time. Anyone seen violating the restrictions placed will be fined.

If a resident has to go out during the sterilisation timings due to emergency such as hospital, pharmacy or purchasing of basic needs, a proof of reason needs to be shown if the person lacks permit.

The Police requests entities whose staff work during sterilisation timings to provide the Abu Dhabi Emergency Crisis and Disasters committee with names of staff, and plate numbers of their cars.

Vehicles of those working in vital sectors will automatically be exempted from violation systems.

Those wanting to submit a complaint to the Public Prosecution against disciplinary procedures taken due to the measures to curb the spread of Coronavirus, are kindly requested to do it through the website: www.pp.gov.ae , within 15 days of the date of the violation.
