In support of national efforts to combat and limit the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), and in line with an unwavering commitment to its social responsibility, Dubai Ladies Club is utilizing its online presence to spread awareness about the importance of maintaining one’s health, fitness, and holistic wellbeing during this time.

This is carried out within the framework of the precautionary and preventative measures that the UAE has implemented to ensure public health and safety.

Dubai Ladies Club has rolled out a series of interactive activities across its social media channels to foster a positive and interactive environment within people’s homes.

Its aim is to maintain women’s wellbeing amid the current global circumstances which have entailed staying at home and practicing social distancing, excluding first responders and essential workers who constitute the first line of defense in the fight against COVID-19.

Throughout its current activities, all of which are conducted remotely, Dubai Ladies Club supports a variety of national campaigns, including #StayHome and #ThankYouHeroes, as well as other related campaigns, such as Dubai Women Establishment’s #WomenHealTheWorld.Dubai Ladies Club has provided its members with a variety of virtual LES MILLS fitness classes, which may be accessed at any time, and continues to organize weekly live fitness sessions on its Instagram Live carried out by Dubai Ladies Club fitness instructors.

Members are also given the opportunity to reach out to Dubai Ladies Club’s personal trainers with any questions regarding their quarantine fitness routines.

The Club also offers cooking recipes to ensure that members and followers maintain a healthy and balanced diet, one that works towards boosting their immunity, as well as a variety of ‘Do It Yourself’ recipes for organic and homemade masks and scrubs.

Tips on how to maintain social connections and a positive mindset while simultaneously adhering to official directives are also conveyed.

Dubai Ladies Club is also committed to ensuring the mental health and wellbeing of its members and followers. It will therefore routinely host motivational and life-coaching sessions on its social media platforms, the first of which was recently held under the title ‘QuaranTIME’.
