Keep receipts to avoid radar fines in Dubai

Dubai Police calls on residents to keep their receipts to present as proof if they get flagged off by police, it said on Sunday.

Dubai’s Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management, in coordination with the Command and Control Centre for Combating COVID-19, announced the extension of the sterilisation programme to 24 hours a day across all areas and communities in the emirate to protect the health and safety of the community, on Saturday.

Residents are call on to avoid going out unless it is important. In addition, if residents have to go out, just one family member should.

“Radars will record all vehicles in Dubai around the clock. People allowed to go out to buy essential needs. People need to wear gloves and masks and keep safe distance. People need to have proof if they stopped by police patrol or recorded by the radar.”

Police urged people to call 999 for emergency cases and 901 for non-emergency cases.
