An African real estate broker, 55, lured an Arab businessman who was looking for a property to buy, and deluded him that there was a property he could buy for a million dirhams, which he stole conniving with others.

Details of the incident date back to Mar.10, 2019, when the victim was looking for a property to buy. He met the second suspect, a real estate broker, with whom he agreed to buy a property for Dhs1m.

At the time and place agreed upon, the victim came with a bag containing the money. When he went into the second suspect’s car, the latter called the first suspect who came and went into the vehicle. He then asked the victim to show him the money.

When the victim did that, the first suspect stole it and ran away, then the second locked the car doors to prevent the victim from catching the first, but he managed to open the doors and chased the first.

He reportedly could not catch him because he rushed into a car waiting at the crime scene.

The victim was then hit by the third suspect, who was driving the second car, and he fell to the ground. The three suspects fled.
