In the video the Sheikh is seen talking to an audience who are intently listening to his lecture about the Prophet Mohammad p.b.u.h.

In the midst of the lecture, the sheikh utters the shahadah, which is claiming that Allah is the one God and Prophet Mohammad is his messenger and he passes away.
