Light to moderate rain was witnessed in Wadi Al Helou, a small town in Sharjah. It also rained in Ras Al Khaimah.

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) shared videos showing rain in the Wadi.

The NCM has been carrying out some rain enhancement operations of late.

Last week, heavy rain lashed the UAE. The rain brought the temperature down by a few notches.

The weather body said Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, Dubai, Ajman, and Abu Dhabi witnessed heavy rainfall. Some areas also reported hailstorms.

The weather on Monday is expected to be fair to partly cloudy in general, especially over the sea and some eastern and western areas with a probability of some light rainfall, according to the NCM. The Centre also noted that the lowest temperature recorded in the country on Sunday morning was 6.5 °C at Jebel Jais in Ras Al Khaimah at 6.45 am.
