Wife seeks divorce as her husband doesn’t yell at her

A woman filed a case in a Shariah court in Fujairah, seeking divorce from her husband for being too kind.

According to her, he helps her with household chores without asking and doesn’t argue with her.

The husband told the court that he treats her that way, because he wishes to be a perfect and kind husband.

He asked the court to tell his wife to withdraw the case.

The case has been adjourned, in order to give the couple room to settle.
