Muttahida Quami Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) senior leader Faisal Sabzwari has tied the knot with renowned TV host Madeha Naqvi.
Madeha hosts a morning show on a private TV channel.
PTI’s senior leader and Sindh Governor Imran Ismail, Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, families and friends of the couple attended the Walima ceremony.
A picture making rounds on social media shows both the politicians sitting with the groom and bride.
According to a report, though the news of their wedding is quite old but was revealed recently.
In 2013, the famous TV host was married to Syed Ali but the marriage had ended up in divorce.
Masroor Ali Siyal, a leader from the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party, and Karachi Press Club President Imtiaz Khan were among the panelists on the show "News Line with Aftab Mugheri".
The reporter, whose identity remains unknown, could be heard saying, “This floodwater is gushing towards farmers’ crops… the crops are in danger due to the floods.”
He stood briefly when his name was announced and then seated himself again before the others did in a breach of protocol.
