Traffic and Patrol Department of Ajman Police arrested a 19-year-old for driving recklessly at Al Rawdah.
The driver’s, a GCC national, car has been impounded for 18 weeks and his driving licence has been suspended.
According to authorities he was driving in a dangerous way that could endanger the public.
A video of the stunt was posted on social media.
It was learnt that the driver had already recorded 32 black points in a year.
Prior to this violation, the driver's last violation led to Dhs2,000 fine, impoundment of the vehicle for 60 days and 23 black points.
He was found guilty of violating the maximum tinting level and that incurred Dh1,500 fine.
For noise pollution while driving, the driver got fined Dhs2,000 with 12 black points. As at now, he has a total of 67 black points.
