Israeli occupation forces early on Thursday arrested 7 Palestinians in various West Bank cities, according to the Palestinian Prisoners Society.
A statement released by the Society said that Israeli soldiers stormed a number of cities and arrested the 7 citizens.
The Israeli army said it was carrying out an operation in Nablus, in the occupied West Bank, without immediately commenting on the Palestinian report of casualties.
The Israeli army said it had carried out a vast operation with police and intelligence officers targeting a site "used by the main operatives of the 'Lion's Den'", describing it as a "headquarters and a workshop for making weapons.”
A statement released by the Society said that Israeli soldiers stormed the cities of Hebron, Nablus, Salfit, Ramallah, Bethlehem and Jenin and arrested the 12 citizens.
The Society said in a statement that Israeli occupation forces raided different areas in Ramallah, Al Bireh, Tulkarm, Hebron, and Bethlehem.
The shooters claimed that the woman wanted to marry her cousin Waqas, brother of Abbas, who was living in Italy but her brother opposed it. According to the report, the brother wanted her sister to marry a well-educated person, but she refused.
Several infrastructure projects and emissions from nearby refineries were the possible reasons, said a government official who did not want to be named as he was not authorised to talk to the media.
