Former Pakistani cricketer Shahid Afridi has called for peaceful relations between Pakistan and India, stressing the need for cooperation over conflict. Afridi expressed regret over India's hasty accusations against Pakistan, particularly in the context of Kashmir, and emphasised the importance of resolving issues through diplomatic talks.
He made these remarks during his visit to Lala Darbar, a restaurant born out of the cricket legend’s love for Pakistani cuisine and culture, to celebrate its relaunch on April 25, He was surrounded by fans at the restaurant, which is located in Dubai International City.
Lala Darbar's mission, led by Afridi, is to share traditional Pakistani dishes made with love and soul.
