Pakistani singer Hadiqa Kiani builds 100 houses for flood victims

Famous singer and actor Hadiqa Kiani has completed the construction of 100 houses for flood victims.

After visiting the flood-affected areas in Balochistan, the famous singer and actor announced the construction of 200 houses under her flood campaign “Vaseela-E-Raah,” of which 100 houses have been completed. On the day of the inauguration, she talked to the media and thanked those who were a part of her campaign.

Hadiqa also shared the news on her social media site and said, “As many of you know, I have been in Balochistan for the past few days…by the grace of Allah and by your active support, we have completed the first phase of our project in Balochistan.”

“100 houses are completed and now occupied, one maternity clinic is also completed. One grocery store and primary school completed.”

"Coming back to Balochistan and seeing this progress is a blessing and I am so grateful we could do our part," she said.

“Vaseela-E-Raah was a mission of mine to complete, a promise I made to my mother and to the people of Balochistan, Inshallah we will continue our efforts," Hadeeqa further explains.

She said the condition of affected areas are terrible and there were a large number of pregnant women who were dying, so the construction of the maternity home was important.

At the same time, Hadiqa Kiani also thanked the Pakistan Army for guiding her in the campaign and contributing fully. The singer said that this work would not have been possible without the Pakistan Army, according to local media.
