3 Saudi women grab the spotlight at the Cannes Film Festival

Three young Saudi women stole the spotlight at the 75th Cannes Film Festival, which took place from May 17 to 28, as they appeared with distinctive looks at the global event.

The young women also published posts on Instagram, and other social media sites.

The Saudi actress grabbed the attention with their bold looks, and chic attire for red carpet event.

Nour Alkhadra published a "post" on Instagram, in which she expressed her happiness for walking on the Red Carpet at the Cannes Festival.

She wrote, “What a surreal feeling being on the red carpet in @festivaldecannes and watching the fantastic Italian movie “Nostalgia” directed by Mario Martone. ️💃🏻”

Director, writer and actress Fatima Al-Banawi wore an unusual Saiid Kobeisy dress in a classic black and white mix, decorated with a large number of small bows.

Mila 5 Mila Al-Zahrani. 

Fatima shared her photos on Instagram, and recalled what she said about the importance of shedding light on the role of women in cinema during the Red Sea International Film Festival, and the need to make up for a past in which she was marginalized cinematically.

Mila Al-Zahrani was also trending on social media and was applauded during her attendance at the festival, as she was glittering in an orange dress.

It is noteworthy that the Cannes Festival also witnessed the presence of the influencer, Nujoud Al-Rumaihi, who wore a jumpsuit from Saudi designer Mohammed Ashi, and the presenter, Ajwa Al-Judi, who chose a shiny look designed by Rami Qadi.
