Founded by Osman Osman and Shaaista Khan Osman, they together rule the entrepreneurial space of South Africa and Sub-Saharan African Markets.

We have come across numerous individuals for their astounding success stories in the entrepreneurial world. But have rarely heard about a husband-wife duo setting high benchmarks with their sheer passion, drive and resilience. Meet one such multi-talented couple with a partnership of 35 years – Osman Osman and Shaaista Khan Osman.

Osman realized his passion at very young age and started his career in the entertainment business, he had done many events and productions encountering into theatre, comedy, music and sports. Osman has completed a Diploma in International Management Marketing. Shaaista has done studies in Naturopathy and Naturology and has also dabbled in Law, Psychology and Theology. She also pursued a diploma in Project Management and Labor Law from the University of Cape Town.

These master minds are the soul behind ‘Blu Blood’, the most successful events and management company with bases in South Africa and Dubai. The company is renowned across the South African and sub-Saharan African markets, providing audiences across the continent with the royal Blu Blood experience, bringing top-quality and high-profile acts to their stages. Blu Blood is the fastest growing company for its amazing services like – live events & productions, project management, artist & tour management, social media, PR & digital marketing, and crisis management. The company’s efficient work has led to many successful collaborations with top companies including FIFA, UNICEF, The Nedbank Golf Challenge, Peermont and Tsogo Sun. Blu Blood has gained recognition globally in a quick span of time. Now enhancing their brand to move to Dubai, the center of global collaborations in 2019.

Blu Blood is familiar name in Bollywood as well for numerous events in Africa including Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Sonu Nigam, Adnan Sami, Zack Knight and Shreya Ghoshal. It also collaborated with the likes of international renowned comedians including Orlando Jones, Russell Peters. The company has been involved with international organisations such as the United Nations Refugee Agency by helping co-ordinate an appeal campaign for refugees as well as hosting the first ever UN Iftar on African soil. After the pandemic, Osman and his team restarted their work in the entertainment industry in Dubai by hosting the world’s first live, ‘COVID-conscious’ Bollywood music concert with Sonu Nigam in collaboration with musicians from around the world and have gone to host two more successful events. Osman has also branched into the film world, with a small role in the 2012 South African feature film, Material and Material 2, with a producer role in the latter. New Material releases on the 15th October 2021 in South Africa.

Never one to overlook an opportunity, Osman also entered into the sports sector. He was the only South African team co-owner of the T20 Cricket Global League (Pretoria Mavericks); the tournament was postponed and later circumstances saw new teams and owners being created. More recently, Osman is one of the team owners for the current champions Northern Warriors of the Abu Dhabi T10 Cricket League.
