A San Francisco man, who seemed to have woken up from a soapy dream, has been spreading delight with bubbles.

Kurth Reis, a man who survived various health conditions and considers the life he has a rebirth, decided to start doing an act to bring a smile on peoples grim faces.

As the world struggles to survive amid the coronavirus pandemic situation, a few handful people like Reis, want to bring some ease to peoples lives.
