Currently, mangoes are in season, making them the perfect fit for this quick and easy recipe. The chia pudding can be enjoyed as a refreshing breakfast, filling snack, or a sweet dessert.

Chia seeds are nutritious and are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, fibre, antioxidants, iron, and calcium.

The recipe includes dairy milk, but it can be substituted as needed, with an array of non-diary milk options such as coconut milk, oat milk, almond milk, and the list goes on.

  3. After the one-hour period is up layer the chia pudding by alternating between the chia layer and the mango layer. Top of the last layer with the coconut flakes.
