Sheikh Mohammed underscored the keenness of the two countries’ leadership to further advance the bilateral relations to the higher good of both peoples.

DUBAI: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, on Friday evening received Kerala’s Chief Minister, Pinarayi Vijayan, and his accompanying delegation, and discussed sustaining the longstanding bonds between the UAE and India, in general, and Dubai and Kerala in particular.

Sheikh Mohammed underscored the keenness of the two countries’ leadership to further advance the bilateral relations to the higher good of both peoples.

During the meeting, the UAE Vice-President received an official invitation from the Indian top official to visit Kerala, a state which is home to over 35 million people who “all hold Sheikh Mohammed and the UAE leadership in high esteem,” Pinarayi affirmed.

Attending the meeting were Reem Bint Ibrahim Al Hashemy, Minister of State for International Cooperation; Ibrahim Al Shaibani, Director-General of Dubai Ruler’s Court; and Khalifa Saeed Sulaiman, Director-General of Dubai Protocol and Hospitality Department.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai announced the release of the English edition of his book “My Story: 50 Stories in 50 Years”.

Sheikh Mohammed tweeted in English, “We rose from humble beginnings, but we have high and noble aspirations. I share you my journey from the past to the future in this new book.”

The Book “My story” includes 50 stories in chapters and stations. On its pages, Sheikh Mohammed covers various stages of his rich and successful journey, bringing back memories, experiences and attitudes accompanied by rich images, feelings, ideas and experiences which contributed to the formation of his personality and vision.
