Actors Shah Rukh, Salman, Akshay meet Saudi culture minister, discuss Bollywood opportunities in kingdom

The Saudi Minister of Culture, Prince Badr Bin Abdullah Bin Farhan Al Saud, met a number of Bollywood film stars, and discussed with them opportunities for partnership between Saudi and Indian cinema.

Prince Badr published pictures of his meetings with 4 actors of the Indian cinema: Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan, and Akshay Kumar.

In a tweet, the minister expressed his happiness at meeting members of the Indian film community, noting that he participated in fruitful talks with Bollywood stars, during which many partnership opportunities between Saudi and Indian cinema were explored.

Shah Rukh Khan had hosted Mohammed Al Turki, chairman of the Red Sea Film Festival in Saudi Arabia, at his Mumbai home, Mannat, recently.

Sharing their photo, Al Turki wrote, "Ramadan Greetings from India with my brother @iamsrk."

Sources close to the event said that Prince Badr had fruitful interviews with the Bollywood stars.
It is noteworthy that Bollywood has an appeal in the Kingdom, and that actors are well known among the local population.
