British actor Idris Elba who was rumoured to be the next James Bond because of his killer looks, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to be alive amidst the pandemic situation.
Talking to a section of the media, the heartthrob said he is extremely thankful for being able to fight the coronavirus battle and to survive through it.
The star was one of the first celebrities to be affected by the virus and came out of it well.
The actor compared his experience and said his variant was rather mild compared to many others who got affected and had to fight really hard to survive.
He had mentioned that he contracted the virus when everyone was scared of how to go about dealing with it.
