Everyone is talking about “Wonder Woman 1984” these days. Actress Gal Gadot has definitely made a stunning impact on viewers, leading to cash registers loudly ringing at the box office. And seeing her do all those action stunts shows that woman empowerment has truly arrived – in rock-solid form.

The movie hits a cultural nerve. It has become the event film that everyone has dreamed of and director Patty Jenkins knows what the audiences sorely needed: woman power.

Wonder Woman 1984 feels like it’s arrived to shatter the miserable year 2020 to smithereens. And ‘Diana Prince’ Gal Gadot is just not bashing up the baddies, she also comes out as very earnest, refreshing and forthright.

There is another side to her persona, though. Offscreen, though, she appears very sentimental. Which is why she cried while watching her own film on the big screen. Now you wouldn’t expect a woman who is tough as nails on the silver screen to be a crybaby. But that’s exactly what happened.

“I’m not an easy crier. I’m not the kind of woman who watches commercials and cries.

“I just had such a strong reaction to this movie and it caught me off guard. Usually I save my crying for special occasions… like when I’m pregnant!” according to reports in some sections of the media.

Then she made a very interesting comment. She added: “There was one little boy I will always remember. He saw the movie and told his mother, ‘When I grow up, I want to be a woman’.
