The father of Pakistani TV stars Sara Khan and Noor Zafar Khan passed away, according to local media.

The news was first announced by her wedding photographer Abdul Samad Zia on his Instagram account yesterday. He uploads a photo of Sara and her husband Falak planting a kiss on her father’s cheek, Zia wrote, “INNA LILLAHI WA INNA ILAYHI RAJI'UN.

"A Heart Breaking News - Sarah Khan's Father Passed Away. May Allah ease the pain of all family members and help them bear this loss, Amen.! “P.s Pray for his Magfirah.”

The photo was taken at the couple’s wedding.

Sara had tied the knot earlier this year with singer Falak Shabbir in July this year.

Sara Khan also announced the death of her father on her Instagram story today and said that her father's body will be raised at noon and he will be buried in Sakhi Hassan Cemetery.

Sara Khan is a very famous Pakistani TV actress. She appears in many Urdu series. She started her career in 2012 in the television serial “Badi Aapa.” She rose to fame after playing a negative corrector in the romantic drama “Alvida.”
