Cardi B posted a video to Instagram saying she felt threatened by Trump supporters before her husband Offset was detained by police while driving through a rally for the president.

While being driven through a crowd of Donald Trump supporters in Los Angeles, California, on Saturday, Cardi B posted a video to Instagram saying she felt threatened, according to Raw Story.

“Nah, we’re gonna get jumped. I really feel like we’re gonna get jumped,” Cardi B said as her car went past groups of people holding Trump 2020 flags.

In a later video, the rapper said: “Trump supporters are everywhere, I’m scared. I don’t like it, with their big a** trucks.”

She added: “I don’t like this s***. “Look at this. Look at this! Look how they’re walking around — with fake guns out and covering their f*****g face. I don’t like this s***.”

Cardi B is a vocal critic of President Trump, and in a conversation with his Democratic challenger Joe Biden for Elle earlier in the year, the rapper said: “I have a whole list of things that I want our next president to do for us. But first, I just want Trump out.”

Later on Saturday, her husband, Migos rapper Offset, was detained by police while driving through the crowd of Trump supporters.

In footage of the incident that he posted to Instagram Live, the rapper could be seen leaving his car to be questioned by police.

One of the officers told him that the police had received reports of people “waving guns” from inside of his car.

Offset replied: “You just watched somebody beat my car up with a flag” and refused to open his car’s door. He added: “I'm gonna sue the s*** out of you. Y'all know who I am?”

The rapper was then handcuffed by police and arrested. Separate footage of the incident showed Cardi B pleading with police to let her husband go.

“That's my husband! Why are you pointing a gun at him?” she shouted, before she added: “Let me record this.”

As Offset was led away by the police, Cardi B shouted: “No! This is crazy! My husband is not armed. My husband is not armed.”

Offset was later released without charge by the authorities.
