With very clear directives provided by the authorities, Novo Cinemas welcomes back movie lovers in Sharjah with social distancing and enhanced cleanliness measures in place. During this phase the requirement is for 50% occupancy with very specific seating arrangements.

As customers arrive, they are carefully guided through the booking to film viewing process with the below guidelines:

1) Temperature check for customers before entering the location of the cinema. Multiple Temperature check in a day for all the staff.

2) Face mask and gloves are mandatory.

3) Hand sanitiser provided at all suitable contact points.

Employees prepare to senitise the cinema premises.

4) Recommend online ticket purchases.

5) Social distancing of 2 meters clearly marked at the concession and in the theatre.

6) Disposable cutlery and packaging to be used in all areas of the cinema

7) Frequent and high-volume sanitization consistently throughout the day. Only approved partners, equipment and materials used.
