At the start of trading on Monday, Dubai’s real estate market recorded a record-breaking sale of a completed villa on The World Islands for Dhs79 million.
According to Dubai REST app, the villa is located on Zoha Island by Zaha and spans 41,000 square feet at an average price of Dhs1,924 per square foot.
