CBA Real Estate has secured the 2026 Great Place To Work Certification, adding workplace recognition to a year in which the Dubai brokerage recorded 217 property transactions worth Dhs974.6 million through a sales team of only 12 agents.
The figures translate into an average of approximately 18.1 transactions per agent, with average transaction value generated per agent reaching approximately Dhs81.2 million.
The combination of employee recognition and business productivity marks an important stage in the development of CBA Real Estate as the company strengthens its operations in Dubai's highly competitive property sector.
Unlike conventional corporate awards, Great Place To Work Certification is based on employees' assessment of their own workplace experience, with areas including trust, leadership, culture and the environment created within the organisation.
"Numbers tell us how the company is performing, but our people determine whether that performance can continue," said Salman Bin Ali, CEO of CBA Real Estate.
"We have always believed that you do not need the largest team to produce strong results. You need the right people, the right environment, strong systems and a culture where individuals understand that their own growth is connected to the growth of the company."
CBA's latest transaction figures highlight that approach. With 12 agents completing 217 deals, the brokerage recorded nearly Dhs1 billion in transaction value while maintaining a relatively compact sales operation.
The company has increasingly focused on productivity per agent rather than expansion through headcount alone, combining technology, training, market intelligence and direct management involvement to support its brokers.
The strategy comes as Dubai's real estate industry continues to expand. The emirate recorded Dhs252 billion in real estate transactions during the first quarter of 2026, according to Dubai Land Department data, representing a 31 per cent year-on-year increase in value.
Against this backdrop, competition among brokerages is no longer limited to buyers, sellers and property listings. Companies are also competing to attract and retain experienced agents and other real estate professionals.
CBA believes workplace culture has become an increasingly important part of that competition.
"People have choices," Bin Ali said. "A strong professional will look at commission, opportunities and the market, but they will also look at the people they are working with, the support around them and whether the company gives them room to become better."
The company said it will continue investing in training, technology, recruitment and operational systems as it expands its presence in Dubai.
For CBA Real Estate, the 2026 Great Place To Work Certification comes at a time when the company is seeking to demonstrate that employee experience and commercial performance can develop together.
With Dhs974.6 million in transactions, 217 deals and an average of 18.1 closings per agent, CBA enters its next phase of growth with both workplace recognition and measurable performance behind it.
