Dubai’s real estate transactions on Thursday included the sale of a plot of land in Al Barsha Heights for Dhs675 million, according to data from Dubai Land Department’s Dubai REST app.
The data showed that the transaction involved the purchase of a 7,343-square-metre plot of land at an average price of approximately Dhs92,000 per square metre.
The deal is among major real estate transactions involving investment-grade land, reflecting the continued demand for prime locations in Dubai, driven by the attractiveness of the real estate market and the diversity of available investment opportunities.
Al Barsha Heights is a particularly popular area for investors due to its strategic location and proximity to key roads, business districts, and residential areas in the emirate.
