XM highlights demo competitions through football-themed awareness campaign in UAE

During one of the year’s most anticipated football seasons, XM UAE has launched a marketing campaign across the UAE aimed at increasing awareness of its Demo Competitions.

As part of the campaign, XM expanded its brand visibility through LED advertising displayed across more than 119 hotels, allowing football fans, business travelers, residents and tourists to reach their brand.

Drawing Inspiration from Competition

According to XM, the initiative was developed to encourage prospective traders to enter a fast-paced demo trading competition where participants can sharpen their trading skills, compete against others using virtual funds, climb the leaderboard, and earn the opportunity to qualify for cash prizes.

The campaign was built around a simple idea: While football teams competed for glory on the pitch, traders could take on a competition of their own with XM.

XM Demo Competitions

When opening an XM Demo Account, participants are eligible to take part in three Demo Competition formats:

The Weekly Demo Competition offers participants the opportunity to enter without an entry fee and compete using virtual funds for a share of a cash prize pool of up to $25,000.

The competition rewards 100 traders weekly.

The Daily Arena provides participants with weekday demo trading competition by paying the applicable competition $5 entry fee and competing using virtual funds for the opportunity to win up to $5,000.

Participants who wish to continue participating after being stopped out may re-enter by paying a $5 re-entry competition fee.

100 traders win cash prizes weekly based on their final ranking.

The Crypto Arena allows participants to enter for $5 and compete for an opportunity to win up to $10,000 and is available during weekends.

Participants who want another opportunity could re-enter up to 10 times to improve their ranking.
