UFC legend Khabib Nurmagomedov has entered a long-term strategic partnership with DIA Holding, an international construction management company, in a move that highlights ongoing activity in the UAE’s real estate sector.
The collaboration begins with LuzOra Residences, a premium residential project in Dubai Islands valued at around $70 million. Designed as a hybrid hotel-and-residence concept, the development combines private ownership with hotel-style services.
The unit mix is structured with 70% aimed at investors and 30% at end-users, reflecting continued demand for income-generating and lifestyle-focused properties in Dubai.
Faruh Kurbanov, founder of DIA Holding, said the partnership is rooted in shared values such as discipline and consistency, while Nurmagomedov noted the importance of teamwork and long-term responsibility in both sport and business.
The agreement also signals Nurmagomedov’s broader involvement in DIA Holding’s future ventures, including potential branded projects expected within the next year.
LuzOra Residences is projected to deliver rental yields starting from 8%, with averages around 10%. Early demand appears steady, with 38% of units already sold or reserved. One-bedroom apartments are priced from AED1.7 million.
Construction began in October 2025 and is currently about 10% complete, with work at ground-floor level. The project is scheduled for handover in August 2027. It is being built by Al Tamayouz LLC, with Urban Habitat as consultant.
The development includes serviced living features such as smart access systems, EV charging, and shared mobility options, alongside amenities like a pool and fitness centre. It is also structured under an escrow framework, providing an added layer of investor protection.
