His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, announced that real estate transactions for 2025 amounted to Dhs917 billion, surpassing all projections.
In a post on the “X” platform, Sheikh Mohammed shared that several years ago, Dubai's strategy for the real estate sector was introduced with the aim of achieving Dhs1 trillion in real estate transactions by 2033.
He noted that the report for 2025 transactions had just been submitted, revealing a total of Dhs917 billion, surpassing the team's expectations.
Sheikh Mohammed went on to express gratitude, acknowledging the world's trust and extending appreciation to investors. He assured everyone that efforts would persist in advancing all sectors, ensuring the creation of the best opportunities for those who have shown confidence in the national economy.
He conveyed a clear message, "In our country, we deliver on our promises."
