The landmark signing ceremony for the project was held at the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart, Germany, between Chairman Muhammad Binghatti and Mathias Geisen, Member of the Board of Management of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, Marketing & Sales, officially marking the beginning of this extraordinary second collaboration. The project is scheduled for its official launch on 14 January 2026.

Meanwhile, Binghatti has recently announced a landmark achievement in the region’s luxury real estate sector with the sale of the most expensive penthouse in Dubai and the Middle East, valued at Dhs550 million, at the iconic Bugatti Residences by Binghatti.
The historic transaction was concluded by Binghatti’s Chief Sales Officer Abdullah Binghatti, setting a new world record for Dubai’s real estate market and achieves the highest price per square foot ever recorded in Business Bay, reaching Dhs 11,650 per sq.ft.
