Sanzen enters UAE realty market with mega projects

Sanzen, a newly launched UAE-born project development and management brand, made its official debut on Thursday with a three-day early bird pre-launch event running from Dec.11-Dec.13 at the Sanzen Experience Center in Dubai.

The gathering welcomed government representatives, industry partners, investors, and brokers to experience Sanzen’s vision for a new era of calm, intentional, and human-focused environments across the UAE.

The event marks both the public introduction of Sanzen and the exclusive pre-launch unveiling of its first two projects: Zen Lagoons in Dubai and Sukoon by Sanzen in Sharjah. During this limited pre-launch window, brokers and investors are invited to submit EOIs and gain access to up to 10% advantage on select units, ahead of the full public release.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Abdul Aziz Al Sanad, Chairman of Sanzen, shared the brand’s foundational purpose: “Sanzen was created from a belief that the future belongs to developers who create real, lasting value, those who put people, not buildings, at the center. Operating as the parent brand, Sanzen oversees two development arms, Zenova Realty Real Estate Developments, under which Zen Lagoons is being developed and Al-Sanad Investment & Developmen, under which Sukoon by Sanzen is being built.
