Real estate transactions in Ajman reached Dhs2.97 billion in September, achieving a remarkable growth of 53 per cent compared to the same period in 2024, according to real estate report issued by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation.
Omar Bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department, added that the number of real estate transactions during September reached 1,739, while the number of real estate tradings reached 1,393, with a total value exceeding Dhs1.87 billion.
He further stated that the Ajman real estate market continued its upward performance and achieved record numbers that reflect the quality of the sector and the diversity of investment options across the emirate’s various regions, explaining that the “Al Rumaila 3” area witnessed the highest sales value of Dhs300 million.
He indicated that 241 mortgage transactions were registered, with a total value exceeding Dhs474 million, with the highest mortgage value recorded at Dhs73.5 million in the “Al Tallah 2” area.
The “Emirates City” project topped the list of the most traded major projects, ahead of both the “Ajman One” and “City Towers” projects, and the “Al Helio 2” neighborhood topped the list of the most traded neighborhoods, followed by “Al Helio 1” and “Al Yasmeen”. Earlier Ajman’s Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation announced the registration of 5,048 real estate transactions during the third quarter of 2025, with a total value exceeding Dhs8.12 billion, marking a 47 per cent growth compared to the same period last year.
Omar Bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department, stated that the figures recorded during the third quarter reflect the continued positive momentum in Ajman’s real estate market. He noted that the diversity of real estate projects and the noticeable increase in the number of investors are due to a supportive and stimulating business environment that enhances confidence and ensures a comprehensive and successful investment experience.
He pointed out that the total trading volume reached Dhs5.22 billion from 4,102 transactions. The Al Rumaila 3 area recorded the highest sales value at Dhs300 million, while the Emirates City project topped the list of major projects with the highest trading activity, surpassing the City Towers and Ajman One projects. Meanwhile, Al Helio 2 ranked first among the most active neighborhoods, followed by Al Helio 1 and Al Yasmeen.
He said that 633 mortgage transactions were recorded during the third quarter, with a total value exceeding Dhs1.19 billion. The Industrial Area 2 registered the highest mortgage value, amounting to Dhs110 million.
Earlier, the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman reported completing 155 real estate valuation transactions in August with a total value exceeding Dhs414.2 million.
Omar Bin Omair Al Muhairi said the valuations covered residential, commercial and industrial properties, with residential properties accounting for the largest share at Dhs168 million, followed by commercial properties at Dhs158.7 million.
He added that the August report also included personal valuations, court and institutional requests, and valuations linked to long-term golden residency permits for investors.
Meanwhile the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman reported completing 155 real estate valuation transactions in August with a total value exceeding Dhs414.2 million.
Omar Bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department, said the valuations covered residential, commercial and industrial properties, with residential properties accounting for the largest share at Dhs168 million, followed by commercial properties at Dhs158.7 million.
He added that the August report also included personal valuations, court and institutional requests, and valuations linked to long-term golden residency permits for investors, which reached 107 transactions with a total value of Dhs177.85 million.
Meanwhile the value of real estate transactions in Ajman during August reached Dhs1.9 billion, marking a growth of 21 per cent compared to the same period in 2024, according to the Real Estate Report issued by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation.
Omar Bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, stated that the number of real estate transactions in August amounted to 1,389, while the number of real estate trading reached 1,116, with a total value exceeding Dhs1.39 billion.
He added that 214 mortgage transactions were registered in August with a total value surpassing Dhs285 million.
Al Muhairi underlined that the figures demonstrate the resilience of the real estate sector, the variety of investment opportunities and their appeal to different categories of investors keen to do business in Ajman and benefit from its unique advantages and strong competitiveness.
